Vienna, 17 to 28 March 2025: The Eighth Review Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management convened to discuss national reports. Head of the Delegation of the Federal Republic of Germany is Mr. Gerrit Niehaus, Director for Nuclear and Radiation Safety, Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection.
